For the past 18 years, Dan’s focus has been on organizational development and strategy. He achieved record sales for all types of businesses ranging from small companies to multi-billion corporations. In addition to being one of the top sellers, Dan has trained scores of people into leadership positions.

Applying his skills gained through business development, Dan found he had a knack for making businesses more profitable by teaching others how to manage and lead, demonstrating effective selling techniques, and developing brand awareness.

In 2005, Dan combined his leadership experience with his marketing knowledge to form InVision Business Development and Marketing, LLC. The primary focus of InVision is to help businesses execute their strategy to achieve maximum profitability and sales.

Beyond planning, InVision helps companies develop a strong customer loyalty focus by improving communication and teaching leaders how to empower employees to be successful. In 2009, InVision launched an office in Tianjin, China to assist companies with their global strategy. It’s services have expanded to assisting companies with cultural awareness, international travel, market research, and process improvement.
